via gigaom.com the momentum created by google for android is amazing. that’s what letting anyone that wants to license your os for their phone. apple is definitely going to stay away from that after getting burned with macintosh clones in the 1990s.

My brief assessment: Google’s not changing the game today with this annoucement. The Nexus One carried the same price like all the other smartphones: $180 with a T-Mobile contract, or $530 unlocked, both available through Google’s online store.
